As digital technology and IT have advanced, broadcasting and telecommunications are rapidly converging and this convergence is becoming a worldwide trend.
With this trend, the Korea Overseas Advanced Learning Program on Broadcasting and Communications (KOALP) has become the starting point for of Korea’s IT, Broadcasting and Communications.

We are bridging the global digital divide by supporting the development of broadcasting and the telecommunications sector in developing countries.
